Hi
No response yet?
A picture might help, if you can.
I've broken a few ears off jets and for lack of better info,
it may just work the way it is.
Those carbs go on and off so easily, it might just be worth a try.
Absolute worst case?
I've heard that carbs for those can be had for like 30 bucks.
Rebuild kits are around 20.

I've 'iced' a few jets with that freezing wart remover stuff,
Seems to shrink them so they come out easier.

The rebuild kit doesnt come with the flute tube i imagine thats what your talking about. Its the tube the main jet screws into

yeah, x2 w/ RkR.
Guess it would be best to know exactly.
Pix or they say bikebandit.com has exploded carb diagrams
and there may be some good info in the shop manuals found
in the 'world class help' section.

That's called the needle jet holder. It's the meetin' place for the main jet and needle to do their thing. It's somewhat common for the main jet to get seized in there. I just sent one to a member last week that had the same thing happen.
