I have a 1984 yamahauler 200e with some front wheel issues. My front brake was sticking so i decided to open it up and take a look. WRONG! I can't get the damn axle bolt out. I read that it is pretty common for it to rust to the sleeve or brake. With all the pounding and turning i've now ruined my front axle and still can't get it out. Any Ideas? Also i am unable to locate an axle bolt because it is a discontinued part does anyone know where i can pick one up, or even the dimensions of the bolt so i can have one made? Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have only had my yamahauler running for about two weeks before this happened. Thanks.

I have one sitting in my parts bucket right now, getting it out try turning it with a ratchet while you hold the front tire still to see if you can break it loose from the rusted parts. also soak it in deisel and any other cleaner derusters, PB blaster is pretty good stuff

Thanks for the speedy reply I am currently soaking it in deisel right now and plan to go at it with an air hammer later tonight. Would you be willing to sell me the bolt you have in your bucket? if so, how much?
