Well, the kid held it for three days for me and turned down a couple sells. When is the last time that happened? Needless to say I couldn't be more pleased with her. It is all stock, minus tires ( I know you guys are excited about those beauties on the back). Everything is there I think besides boots. The mud flap came with it but no threads in plastic to screw it on. The front end is torqued, so first thing tomorrow she will get the sweet front end I have sitting on the shelf. The one downside to it is that it smokes. Looking like a ring job is in the near future. It also came with some registeration paperwork from 85. It was apparently purchased quickly after 86 models hit the showroom. It was a California bike that I bought in Arkansas.

sweet pick up man. great to find them unmolested like that. its amazing that with the rediculous amount of tire options out there, they always have the pros, or busters!! regi is always a plus. worth a few hundie in headaches alone in this glorious state.

They look better in pic, they actually need some good cleaning, but should clean up pretty nice. HOPEFULLY!

Fortunately I have bought 8 350X's and four of them have been really nice shape. The 5th one had bad plastics but ran great , so I put plastics on it and I traded it for my 250R. The other 3 were parts bikes. This is my 3rd 86 and I think this one will stay in the collection.

I am now the owner of not one, but two sets of these. The last 2 bikes I have bought had them.

DEAR LORD MAN! RUN! JUST RUN!

NEVER get more than two together at once off a bike! THE BIKE IS THE WALL THAT KEEP THEM SEPERATE! They mate like tribbles and sooner or later you'll wake up to a tire iron to the face, only to then wake up in a bathtub full of icecubes with a side hurting like hell, and tire tracks all around you.

Sweet X by the way, that's my dream trike.

I am going to put them on and run them cause all roads in my county are paved. I am tired of wearing out the tread on my good tires when i go for a Sunday stroll so we will slick down the TP's!!!!!

Way to be original.....

On a side note. I saw this X in person and it has tons of potential. I think I may even help Garry clean up the plastics. THINK is a big word. Garry, you may be able to convince me with some beer or something.....

I saw this one pop-up Friday afternoon. Wish I knew he was willing to hold it. It's usually first one with cash.

Careful... if you tear up the asphalt, they might make you pay for repairs

I saw this one pop-up Friday afternoon. Wish I knew he was willing to hold it. It's usually first one with cash. Well Tricky I found it about 11:30 Friday night, and called Satyrday morning. When he answered I simply asked if the plastiics were OEM, and he proceeded to tell me it was in really good shape, it had just started smoking. I then told him i could not pick it up til Monday because of baseball but if he would hold it I would buy it. He even agreed to take it off craigslist! I called him Sunday night just too make sure he hadn't sold it and he told me he had a ton of calls, and another guy actually bought another bike from him and offered to buy it. He held true to his word and told him no that it was sold. UNBELIEVABLE! Needless to say I am a lucky son of a gun.

I use TPs as my cruising tires around here, as long as you stay out of any mud deeper than two inches, or stay on dirt, grass, pavement whatever TPs do fine.
