help identifying motor size from numbers

Hey guys I have a three wheeler I got from a guy has no markings on the plastics or frame but I got this number off the engine block just above shifter " TBO1E-2218031 anybody tell me what size this is its an old honda that's all I know don't know year or motor size

Thanks, and the nipple that is on the crankcase right under the carb where does this hook up?? To the filter box??

How big around is it?
1/2'?
if so it's most likely a crankcase vent.
There are manuals for free in the world class help section.
I use an old version of acrobat reader to see them, 4.0 I think.
Really small program and faster than the new version.

Yeah, it'd be nice to change the oil and filter screen and see if it runs and shifts before you
put any real $ into it.
