so long story short my brother took my 86 200x to trike fest and threw the chain in first gear. i was at tech school in texas and when i got back i went and picked up my trike. when i got back to my house it was clicking in first gear and only first gear. so i drained the oil and fopund a tooth off a gear. i went to my local salvage yard and bought a motor for $80 and started spliting the cases and sure enough first gear had one tooth broke off. while i was taking off the clutch i found a crack in the right crank case by the big gear on the kicker shaft. so after about four days i got it back togeather with a new gear and right crank case. i didnt find it that had to do but i didnt have to take the trany completly apart. here are some pics of the damage.
