i have recently acquired a 1971 0r 72 US90 for free. a guy emailed my buddy and told him he had a trike pickup. My buddy didnt want it so he passed the number to me. now im the new owner of a US90. The guy bought a storage unit and found this and was going to take it to scrap and i immediately said NOO . I beleive the bike has been stored inside most of its life due to how easy all the nuts and bolts are so easy to take off (no rust) and that the bike is only in bad shape because it was crashed. Im very sad that the rear ohtsu's have dry rot and leak but because of the crash the owner before me had the forks were bent so he took the front tire off so that one is in mint sadly the others sat deflated :(. so now im in the middle of rebuilding the bike from the ground up and planning to get all of the necessary parts powder coated. I have a few pics of some of the things that i have cleaned up. im planning to find a rear fender that is not bent which is like finding waldo:lol: , or one that can be fixed. as you can see in one of the pics the tank has a massive dent which i dont think can be pulled. so if anybody has a tank with dents that can be pulled or one that has no dents let me know what you want for it. and if anybody has any ohtsu ballon tires or ballon tires of a different brand please let me know i just need 2 rears i will pay good money for right ones
thanks and if you have any parts you want to sell please let me know. will keep updating this post as things progress 13051913053013053113053213053313053413053513053613 05371305291305281305201305211305221305231305241305 25130526130527130538

What a nice trike, does my heart good to see people saving these awesome vehicles :D I wouldn't mind owning one I mean sure it's a small engine but who cares, these started it ALL

Ya it's is definitely a project but vintage motorsports has lots of parts for these things so that will definitely make things easier to get parts

On my way up to NY AIRMX I stopped by a VintageCycle shop. This guy had 3parts US 90's indoor storage (not to mention the 2 mint floor displays) a 4th light blue model frist year complete good plastic, seat and chrome in really good shape needing rear wheels. He said he'd only sell it complete but the others he'd sell parts off of. He mentioned he had several others in barns elsewhere and yes he has some old style wheels that look good for their age...he'd be a great source for you. I can tell you he has a nice tank same color and year as yours...better shape exterior.
