Computer Crashing, Can anyone Help me?

Lately (The last couple of days) my laptop has been Crashing on me and i'm starting to get Worried as to what is causeing it. i use it for Flightsimming with FS9 plus i play other online games also (WoW, Nitto 1320 Legends, ETC.), My Mom also use's it to go on Facebook and Stuff. i'm not to sure what it is or what it would take to fix it and i was wondering if someone could Help me.

When it restarts and i log back in it shows up "Windows has recovered from a unexpected shutdown" and the most recent time i clicked the drop down box thing where is says "View problem details" and this is what shows up:

I'd start with windows security updates 2x a day.
or security essentials. It's free from microsoft.
also spybot

actual name is

does virus and spyware protection butcha gotta update and scan every time you turn your machine on.

and ccleaner "C Cleaner"
run that all the time too.
keeps stuff out of your temp file folder.like spyware and virus timebombs

yeah, go to the microsoft website and see what they got for vista, security updates, and also security essentials.
Just click on that thing that scans your computer to find out what you have and it tells you what you need.

and c cleaner has a registry scan and will clean that up too.
I bet you just got a bunch of overlapping bs.
