honda 200x carb questing

hey my carb on my 1985 200x is cracked. i have a spare 1983 200x carb & carb rebuild kit.

i was just wondering if i would have to jet & adjust it to the settings for a 1983 carb model or do i set it up for a 1985 carb model cause there driffernt settings for each model's is my clymers manuel.:wondering

cause the 1983 carb main jet is 110 & the 1985 carb 108 main jet and the adjustment are driffernt beteen each year

so do i i jet and adjust it for 1985 200x even know it's a 1983 200x carb. or do i set & adjust for 1983 200x and leave it as is

They went from a 108 in 83 to a 110 in 85 to help with backfiring . Use the 110 main jet , just make sure both jets are clean when you rebuild the carb .

so i tune and adjust for 1983 carb then? that what im trying to figure out . even know it a 1985 200x

or do i set it up for a 1985 carb

Doesnt matter , the difference between the 2 jets and adjustment is so minimal , Just put it together with the larger jets and run it .
