Just something i did while bored and no gas to ride...
also did this only untill i get a bunch of sandpaper and Paint, to strip it and ETC..

Just got done rebuilding Starter also..
Changed Gear oil and regular oil.

I redid the Seat myself because no money and it was greyish faded.. With ripped foam.
i got mostly all paint off gas tank, Almost chrome. i need more sand paper.
just messing around. lol laugh if u want to.

Serious Note.!!

When i changed my oil. I have now a little drip that happens ounce every 2 hour or so.
You think i could put a washer on the Oil drain bolt? Maybe that will help. Or a washer with some plumbers tape?

The black is velvet,.. Guys It cannot be that bad lolol. And also i am stocking up on Sand paper and cleaning supplies to Strip it to frame and clean and paint it.. LoL. Also i just got this thing Not to long ago, Thats what she looked like when i bought it.. I hose it off after every ride.. The dirt is stuck on, Thats why im sanding it all down this winter.
Anyway. Maybe ill take it all off now, U guys made me feel horrible... LoL

Yes, it is ugly. However, screw those guys. If you like it, who cares?? If you would have taken and welded up some crappy 4 wheeler front end then you would deserve to be beat amongst the ears, but you didn't. People customize their bikes, trikes, quads etc all the time. Just have fun riding it!

Look I'll tell you how to get Free gas, You see that car in the Back ground first thing pop the gas cap off and get a piece of water hose about 6 feet long than slip it down the fill neck till it bottoms out now suck on that hose ( Don't SWALLOW LOL ) until you
feel the gas coming in your mouth LOL This sounds bad ... I better stop you can figure out the rest...

I've seen worse. just don't spray bomb it . Save your coin and do it right, take your time and she will be fine. Pimp my ride (ATV edition) new this season on Outdoor channel right after Muddslingers I can see it now. Just kidding, Have with it..... That's what sports all about, we all have made mods to our machines, just not with crushed velvet. Maybe Mosh can hook me up for a velvet set cover, looks nice for the boyzs. Enjoy your trike.

Pressure washer and a good cleaner, like simple green or purple power will get that dirt off. Wouldn't look so bad if it were washed! I agree on the velvet though, that's not the best idea; it's just going to hold water in and likely rust your tank pre-maturely. Clean it and post up some new pics! Definitely a contender for a resto, should be fun for you.

Now when it gets dirty, all you have to do is sweep or vacuum it off. I am kind of thinking of doing this to one of my 70's now, I have an ugly duckling with an act 110 motor in it. It would be kind of neat to do it in red and black velvet. I will see what I can figure out, probably just get some spray glue and stick it on,my fenders and tank suck anyway.

I just got done tearing my rear end Final drive down today.. And after lookign over some of the other threads about their 250sx's final drive. Was just Creeping at my mind, Wtf does mine look like,.
Well i went out to a buddy that has a 250 Kawi. I borrowed a Socket that fit my axle nut. Drained Gear fluid. and Tore it down, Wow
I must say!! For being that old and seeing others!! Wow!! Just wow is that baby ever clean.. Bearing where a sinch to get out, They were brand new looking, Shiny Spun freely just like new ones. So i cleaned everything, Lubed everything up and put it back together.
I hear no Noise in the rear end anymore. Was so happy when i got that axle nut off, It was like i was 5 again opening a Christmas present to see whats inside.. Was great, my drive shaft it Shiny like new also. I was thinking the previous owner, Well the owner before the last one.. Must have had to replace everything on it.. Well besides the Blown swingarm bearings.. Just glad everything was like new..

Yes so the velvet was not so good of an idea. I am going with vinyl maybe red, Or a different kind of fabric. Sorta thinking of tearing it down early to get her Sandblasted and painted.. Need money for that, trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro i need 50 bucks just for gas money to get to the shop...
But i figured The ugly duckling was already fugly, Why not... lol
