So recently i've started ressurecting some of my old collection and getting back into the mainstream.. Ive been on the phone with Pete Fisher (owner of Powroll) every morning for the past week and on the forum going back and forth with
shortline10.. sounds like getting old stroker stuff together for the 90 motors is next to impossible without a big wallet or an inventory like shortlines or veal monkeys. when i mentioned to pete that there could be a market for a big motor he lit up like a christmas tree.. he wants to get a kit together (approx. 175cc) that is relatively inexpensive to do.. providing there are enough interested followers. he would provide the crank, possibly machine the oil pump drive, and cylinder may be by exchange. piston would also come along with a cam and springs. this would leave headwork, case machining, and other entrails up to us.carbs and pooooosssibly intakes would be availible through him seeing as BAPP and misc others are getting tricky to find. Whats the feedback? good idea? or am i just caught up in things...
