Full ground up resto, paint, powdercoat and chrome.Seat cover by Mrs Mosh.
It's been amazing how well most parts were preserved under all the crap, muck and dust.
Time to see if it goes as good as it looks.
See ya!!!!!!

That is a sweet R resto there!!! I also see a nice Tecate in the garage sitting, keep those separate because the T3s dont play well with others. LOL!! Great job and can you have your trikes road legal over there???

I'm afraid there's no way to legalise them here for the road unfortunatly.

The pipe is standard 250R,the header and the heat guard were polished before chroming,Silencer is DG.

Thanks for your comments.

I reckon the clutch action is little heavier as the lever is a lot shorter than stock, but I've got it adjusted so it bites near the bars
and seems to have eased it up a bit.Top quality products, beautifully made.

Always liked the 85 350X colours,looks sweet.

www.cromadosmadrid.com do my chroming. There on the outskirts of Madrid. The pipe was 80 euros and small stuff like footpegs and gear levers are 8 euros a piece if
I remember correctly.I also used these guys to strip the frame and swinger instead of shotblasting, they dipped in there baths and it gets to the paint in all the nooks
and crannys,came out excellent.

Thanks again guys.
Went riding yesterday, this thing is soooooo nice to ride!!!!!!!I could have riden it all day,so different from the Tecate, that just wants to try and kill you all the time .
Ok the R hasn't got the brutal power of the T3 but who need's it when it's this nice to ride, unexpected dirrection changes.....no problem, come up on some rough terrain......
keep it wide open, no problem,on the Tecate forget it!!!!!
So what to do with the T3???
