There should be free shop manuals in the world class help section.

What machine?

Generally, torques are relative to thread pitch and count and
grade of the bolts and are listed as industry standard on some (other) chart somewhere too.

Thank you for the link! Got it all torqued together and put the thing back together and it lives! The three wheeler finally runs!
