200E Woodruff Key Electrical Start???

Anyone know where to purchase a crankshaft woodruff key? I just purchased a 200E and noticed the starter was not turning the engine. I opened up the left hand side and noticed the starter gear, behind the rotor, just turning freely. I took it apart and noticed the woodruff key is missing. Im
wondering if this is allowing the gear to turn freely. If i use the pull start the engine will turn. Either way i would like to purchase and install the
woodruff key.

ebay, also try auto valuethats where i had to get mine. I called honda house about a 250r woodruff key and they said they are discontinued.
