97 Pontiac bonneville not starting

I have a 97 Pontiac bonneville the car will not start unless I spay starting fluid in it. Here is no check engine light on fuel pressure is good spark is good new battery and starter and alternator there is no security light on either the o ly problem is it will not start and and power windows do not work. What could be my problem? Thanks you Dallas.

what is the fuel pressure at? what engine? I'm guessing 3.1?Was it all the sudden or start hard and get worse? did the car sit for a while then not start?

If you're sure have good fuel pressure and good spark, then your fuel injectors aren't getting the signal from the ECM to open up, and it could be bad. Try another ECM and see if it fixes the problem, your best best is probably a junkyard, plus you canreturn it if it doesn't fix it.
