My atc was recently rebuilt and had a 120 jet in it when i got it and stock was 130. I rode the machine for a little while and it then shot off on me and was super hot and the spark plug was reading lean. I then got a 130 and a 135 i put the 130 in and rode around and it sounded a little choppy but it ran better. Any Suggestions and or tips im new to it all and need some good clues. it has a dg pipe. remember 1984 atc 250r. Thanks a bunch trike fans

Try raising the needle up one notch if that doesn't cure it go for the 135 most ppl will say to jet it till it blubbers and the lean it down but Id rather get it right the first time on my jetting and not to toot my own horn (but toot toot) I usually do get mine right 1st or 2nd try unless there is another problem such as an air leak etc
