reminds me of the extra credit questions.
Crank thrust washers or end play too tight. Connecting rod too tight on crank.
Piston hitting head or valves. but it would move a partial revolution, at least.
You got NO movement? at the crank?
if the crank will simply NOT move, at all, either direction, I'd say crank/engine internals.
There should be at LEAST a little slop from wrist pin and rod journal clearances..like the thickness of a piece of paper.
wheels won't move at all?
stuck brakes.
If the wheels move a little?
backlash and slop in the drivetrain that is stopped dead by an engine that can't turn.
will it roll in neutral?
..and now by virtue of pretzel logic, we are back at the crank not spinning.
That was fun.
Thanks
Any more info you found out lately?

You obviously messed something up when you were putting it together. I'd suggest tearing it apart and figuring out what you did wrong. We're not miracle workers here.

pull the right side cover off then remove the clutch basket or the gear off the crank. then see how the crank spins. I'm not sure how far you had the engine torn down but if it was down to the trans. it sounds like the two shift forks that ride the same shaft are switched.

I think you have some assembly issues......
