KLT plastics NOS are almost impossible to come by. if your current plastics are not cracked then you could renew them by buffing them. there are allot of good threads on here about that.

I too am in need for a exhaust for my klt110 the one that was on there is from a different trike and is rusting pretty bad

I sold the one that was restored it was ser#67. I still have the all original one that was used in the 1984 summer olympics by the LAPD it is ser#243. I just receved the one i posted the photos of i bought it on 10-22-11 and receved it on 12-22-11. I just took it off the truck on the 22nd and took those photos. It is ser#81. There were 300 of them made. The ser# on all of the KLT250P1 are JKALTMP1EB500001 to 500300.

And from what I can tell 185 plastics fit on a 110 so I would guess 160 would also. Do any of the early quads share rear fenders? Mojovie's perhaps?

no quads have the same plastics as klts, but it looks like 83-84 klt200 have the same frt fender as a 84 110. and the 84-85 110-160 are the same rear fender. the 86-87 110-185 have same fenders frt and rear. the klt 250 frt looks the same as the 83-84 200 and 84 110 but i dont have any to compare. 3w3w3w, you have a sweet collection love seeing the photos!!

I have 2 red plastic tank covers and 2 front fenders, 1 is louvered and 1 is not. I think the front fenders are for the klt110, not sure what the fuel tank covers are for. I have a set of real low time, less than 1 hour, red rear fenders for the 85/86 klt 110, but they are spoken for.

Is it known KLT rear fenders will interchange between the 110 and the 185. Here is a junky set of 185 rear fenders on my restro 110 project.

And Louvered fronts go with suspention front ends. Again a 185 fron fender on a 110 triple tree. Matter of a fact 110 triple tree and the 185 triple tree are the same except for the headlight mounting brackets on the side.

the frt vented fenders are all the same 85-87 for 110-160-185, but the rears are the same for 84-85 110 and 160, in 86 the 110 used the same rear as a 185 which is different. the 84 110 had a none vented frt fender. the covers could be for a 81-84 200, 82-85 250. the covers you have, what do they look like? are they square looking and go behind the seat on the 110-160-185. or is it the cover for the 200-250 that look like a gas tank

The covers are the ones that look like the gas tank. The rear fenders I have are 85/86 klt 110 as they have the tool box cover as well. The 84 klt110 rear fenders don't have the tool box cover. I know I have 1 vented front fender and 1 smooth front fender and may have a 2nd fender of either of the 2, but can't remember which one. I had refurbished an 84 klt110 and had gotten these rear fenders from the local dealer and had them mounted on the trike until I found the 84 rear fenders I eventually sold the trike with. My 84 was an early model without the writing on the back of the seat. I also had snagged a nos fuel tank from the local dealer as well as a bunch of other nos parts they had. I also managed to snag a nos bassani muffler and a rear rack and a cmp brush guard as well. It was probably the most original trike I had ever redone. I like the klt110 frame set up, but hated those stupid shifter shafts that seem to break all the time. All the parts I have are red. And the tank looking covers have the square hole cut out in them.

Tank cover? You mean for the Tecate?

No, they are for a klt. Not sure for which one. Maybe a 200?
