Just picked up a little trike, it has no spark but I have seen a nuetral safety switch listed in electrical diagrams but after leafing thru repair manual nothing I could find? Is it internal or threaded type mounted externally?

Shifter lever is broke off and when I checked for spark got nothing so I wanted to rule out nuetral switch as a cause. So whats up with this switch, where is it and can it be removed or disconnected?

The nuetral safety switch does nothing on a 70, they can be started in any gear. Most of the time on a 70 the points need replaced, download a manual and replace the points. Fun little machines, but watch out they will multiple quickly :)
