I just bought a 1985 250 sx and it does not have a headlight or bracket for that matter. I have seen some 250 sx's that have 350 headlights. I was wondering what options I have to add a headlight. I have a stock 250 sx front end. Also, I do not like the stock front tire and rim, do I have any options to change the rim and tire size? I like the look of the 200x tire but I don't really want to have to change the front end. Just looking for options to possibly change to a larger rim and shorter tire. Thanks for any help. Scott

I plan on posting pics, but you can look at the exact setup on this site by looking up " Front wheel 250sx ". I am probably going to put 9" rims instead of the 8 " and a little shorter tire on the back. I'm looking at 20x11-9 unless someone can talk me down off the ledge on that one.

Thats what I wanted to hear. Thanks. I recieved my new front rim and tire and put that on. It bolted right up with the stock break. It looks great. It is a 22 x 8 x 10 tire. I believe the rim is 10 x 6 with a 3 x 2 offset. Now to get some rear rims and tires.138507

Like the front tire, i need to do that to mine. As far as the headlight, i just bought a 6in 55w offroad truck light and hope to wire it in and weld a bracket to mount it to. I see no reason this wont work and look good as long as its done clean
