He lost 3 sons while alive,,a nephew towards the end... He has a wonderful wife and 6 yo little guy who now has NO Daddy. I shouldn't have to say more...As always,,I'm asking for ONE stinking DOLLAR BILL from everyone who sees this. I know,I know, noones gonna do that. It's gonna be you heavy hitters I can ALWAYS count on!! It is the worst time of the year for this I know. It is also probably the worst time of the year to lose a loved one.. I have to say that just watching the helpful things you do through this old monitor, have made me sit back and think about many times in my life that I wish I would have done more for the families of friends and loved ones that are no longer with us, and in many of these cases you didn't or barely new those involved, to me personally that speaks about your personality and what type of person you are more than mere words could ever begin to say. I don't really know how to explain the amount of respect that I believe you have gained in this little online community, but I believe you have earned every bit you have and then some. And even though I'm not really a religious person, I have to say that this world would be a better place if it had more people like you in it that are always willing to go that extra mile or two to lend a helping hand.

And I wish everybody on this board a happy and healthy holiday season, even those mourning a recent loss, and ask that you all give a little bit of help where you can, whether its here or taking a few extra minutes on the way home tonight to help change that flat tire on the car sitting along the road... not just in the spirit of the holidays but in the spirit of being a good person...

Wow. I don't do this for thanx. But,,THANX Rodd. That's a hell of a way too TRY and soften me up on the price of a Westcoast! Seriously from one hard worker to the other ,thank you. Life used to be easy for me,,ok,Nothing worth having is easy. But ,I got up,worked hard 365{ Dairy farmer} ran the shop,Life was,,well, easy. My Brother is 18 years older than me. He was born with the cord around his neck,,leaving one of the SMARTEST babies ever conceived,,mentally retarded and epileptic. So,I grew up watching that,,and watching out for my brother. And for the most part,wherever we went,,all was good,people in general were ok too him. Then one day at the track,Monroeton. I was hanging around in the pits with the racers,,and some hotshoes from New Jersey were in that weekend,not that fast,,but where they came from,I guess they were. Mac Moore knew of them,other than that ,I couldn't tell you their names. But one of them started calling my Brother Jerry Lewis,,I heard him say it once. And THOUGHT ,MAYBE ,he was teasing Steve,{my brother}. Then he said it again.. So,,I guess he spent the next 5 weeks with his jaw wired shut. I never heard boo from him or his lawyer. They never came bask to POST,{ Monroeton}??!! And I decided right then and there. I would TRY and be a little more observant to those truly in need. So,thanx to that Ass hole,,he helped me. And then payed it forward for others! Meanwhile,I married my sweetheart,,and had NO intenetions of spewing some long winded barrage here! But your words are very appreciated and just thought I'd show you a little of where I've came from. Anyhow,married my girl,and LONG story short,,AFTER we had kids,,found out she has Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy. And passed it on to 2 of my 3 daughters. In short,,she's 38 ,cannot run,steps are really hard. HAs canes and AFO's.,Can't ride : (,,thumb and hand muscles aren't strong enough. 2 of her 3 sisters have it. Her closest,42 yo, will be in a chair ,3? years out. I'm being very optimistic there,,that's all we can do. She needs double afo's,{ankle braces} and double full arm canes. My daughters got it worse,as it gets markedly worse generation to generation. So,right now,,10 and 7,, they fall and trip,,but one can run ,both can walk,,life is ok. The mental aspect is the worse,,they have HUGE challenges intellectually and fine motor. Santas bringing a used 04 Sporttrax 90,,as she really doesn't have the hand strength,,but we're gonna give it a go ! It's been tough watching my customers buy machines and have NATIONAL caliber riders by the age of 5 and 6,,and my girls can't even play on the hills with them..My Brother had a hip replacement 4 years ago,,they pinched his nerve,and made the leg an inch too long. So,he's now permanately mentally and physically disabled. My Mom has Alseimers and is bed ridden,,5 years now. My Dad is a WWii vet and failing,,we take care of them in our home. I've seen enough suffering for a few,,and it is only frankly going to get worse. UNLESS we can fund a cure for Muscular Dystrohy.!! So,I've learned to just try and help where I can,,and theres LOTS of things I can't help. But thanx to the UNBELIEVABLE guys on here,, we HAVE made some difference. We personally give to St Judes,Jeff Gordons children hospital and Janet Weiss Geisinger,that's our Local MDA clinic. I have some SPECTACULAR plans in my head for a 3wheeler museum.. But life has really hung the calipers on that one for a while.. But It WILL happen. Someday! Somehow. So,That's my VERY abbreviated story. All the thanx goes to ALL the folks who have given. Some,,EVERY time,,not naming names! But YOU guys KNOW who you are !! I have taken SURPRISINGLY little flack,,I expected alot more!! But most have been awesome! Wow, Bill! I dont know what to say! I try to help at least one person a day if possible and alot of times I get a weird look, as in why are you helping me...noone else cares!! Im on my way to help a local farmer in a few hrs and I really enjoy it. I have a small farm and once in a great while I get some help too. What goes around comes around... ya know!! Everyone always says about karma and I never really gave a crap when I was younger and did what I wanted and when I wanted. Im sure I hurt some people along the way. In 2005 I lost both my brothers in motor cycle accidents 2 months apart and that was really hard for me and a big eye opener. I settled down got married and had kids and try to redeem myself from all the wrong I have done. I got a ways to go yet but am working on it.

I never spoke,met nor even typed Greg on the forum. I found myself reading every post this morning of his thread on his battle with cancer. Being the exact same age as him and having a young daughter, this thread really gets me pretty emotional and basically a slobbering mess as I try and wonder why. I consider myself a religious man and I know somehow someway this had to be in a master plan and that there is a better place. I cannot even imagine his families pain at this time of the year. I thought this to be my way of contributing to the fund. I have read lots of your posts and wish I could meet you sometime. You are a real standup guy and a great leader at times of sadness on this forum and I think you know we all appreciate your work. I see you have a pretty full plate in your life as well.
