250sx/ big red carb

That carb looks like the model that was on my 84 200es..never seen it on the 250cc engine.

My advice..rebuild what you have. The replacements are not very good.

Agreed with Doug... I have rebuilt many of them, Its not that bad.

my carbs are good. i was just wondering if anyone has ever dealt with these diaphram carbs before. i seen em on ebay while looking for 250sx parts and thought i would ask.

All the 250's DO have a flat top AND a diaphragm. I put one of these type carbs on a 450 Foreman and he's loved it for 2 years. Good luck !

i know they have diaphrams 2 but i was asking about that particular carb

yea that carb would fit right on, You have maybe 2 inch of room to spare on top, I would recommend rebuilding yours also. Their junk.
