so i been tryin to wire up some headlights on my 1986 200x. i used a 15'' piece of angle-aluminum to make a bracket to hold the two lights. i used the two threaded holes on the bottom of the top 3tree to mount the bracket. heres some pics of what i did. (the lights hadnt been used in 5 years and burned up when i put power to em. so i gotta get new ones)

ive got quite a bit experience in stuff like this, learned it all from my stepdad. the hardest part was gettin the lights wired up, just cause me and electricity arent good friends.. so ill post pictures when i get the workin headlights put on

definately! i dont like gettin stuff for free if i didnt earn it somehow. but i dont have the money to pay for OEM headlight stuff. thats why i been tryin to fab this up. if you would post pics, ill get back to you about it

so, i finally got to Walmart and got a new light kit. these are 3.5" halogen lights, usually used for fog lights on cars.....

i was goin for the "baja" look with the two big round headlights. but didnt quite get it with these. theyre alittle small, but i think they look better than the rectangle ones i started with

these are definately cheap lights, i just wanted temporary lights til i can afford some bigger ones. along with the baja style lights ill be gett, i wanna get hand guards. i think itll look cool, what you think?
