i got a 1985 yamaha IT 200 i cleaned the carb and im not sure but on the pilot and main jet are they suppose to be screw'd all the way in or backed out like the idle screw?

Pilot and main jet are to be screwed all the way in.

thank you i thought they were suppose to be. just wasnt positive. got everything good on the bike now . post pics soon :D
