200x Seat Bend

The seat on my 200x is bending off the tank and it doesnt look normal so is there a way to fix it or am i just going to have to deal with it?

Maybe try to take a heat gun to the plastic on the bottom?

thats what my grandpa did back in the late 80's when he had one. you just heat the pan and bend it forward, back to where it was or where it looks good

I am sorry for the bad words and spelling
I have heard of a few ways to fix that. I have never tired the heat gun befor. I have heard of poeple putting a racket strap around the seat then pulling it toward the gastank. My 200x was like that aswell I ended up taking the cover's off (crap cover over crapy oem cover) and getting a some 1/2x1/8x 2' steel and drilling small holes on the seat pane about 3/4'' apart so I could zip-tie the bar down to the seat. it worked pretty good my seat after 2 years still hasn't moved and is nice and tight up againts the gas tank.

I'll vouch for the heat gun. I used it on both my 84s for the same reason. Took some time but price was right ;)
