hey, some of you may remember when I was ripped off from a guy who sold me a MSD Ignition for a 250r and sent him money over paypal but yet never rec. the msd ignition. NOW I have proof because he is trying to sell it on ebay again, type in 250r MSD and it will come up, it is rc2000 he is a scammer, WATCH OUT, I emailed him saying either ship the ignition system to me or I want my $350 back. I cant go through ebay because I bought the ignition from him as a off ebay deal. Any help on getting my money back or getting my ignition system.

I sent him a email I'm curious to what his responce will be. Simple and to the point.
Why are you reselling the ignition? You sold it to a guy in Washington already. You really should uphold the sale or refund his money. Dave

I sent him an email too, asking why he is selling it when its already sold. I also told him that it wasnt worth going to jail over, and he will go to jail over it! I also told him I would see to that, being that I have worked in law enforcement for 4 years. I have connections. ;)

I sent him one too! :-D Maybe if he gets a few hundred emails from all of us he will start to get scared.
Here is what i sent....
"You need to cancel this auction and send the ignition to the person who already bought this. If you don't, it will catch up with you! "

Contact paypal, and your credit card service people. I got screwed once too. I called american express, and they took it off my bill. No questions asked. Make sure you fill out Negative Feedback on the guy too.

Well the problem is he said he bought it as an "Off" ebay deal. So probably saw it and emailed him, then send the MO. So ebay wouldnt be able to assist nor could he give feed back. But he could contact the local authorities to proceed further in this.

I just sent him one too. Also one of us should definitely over bid on the item and make sure we win. The worse he can do is send a non-paying bidder complaint which doesn't mean sqwat. Than he won't screw another person. I'm always leary on someone who has a 0 feedback.

I just sent the high bidder one telling him one of my friends got screwed by this guy and to retract his bid. One thing you may want to try is paypal has a compaint process that might get you somewhere...

i got scammed on ebay once out of $110! i was so pisssed! i tried everything to get my money back but no luck.
after i found out i was scammed, i created a new Ebay account ... my named showed: "FRAUDALERTBEWARE" or something like that. so i went to all his other auctions (high end computer stuff) and bid on all of them. they all had reserves so i wasnt obligated to buy the stuff. i bid on ALL his auctions so it'd show "FRAUDALERTBEWARE" and i emailed the bidders to beware, etc... :)
still no $,... oh well, live and learn.
Hey Tyler, it is odd that he has 100% positive feedback. I also see that he mostly bought, not sold. Does he deny getting payment or what?? I think all of these emails that we are sending him will send a message! :D

You had better go to 3Wheelerworldforums.com before this gets way out of hand - some of those guys are sickoos. At least defend yourself or this user name won't be to useful in the future.
I didn't want to say too much.

Here was my response and his back.....
Hey, I mean no disrespect but this guy is a well known user of that forum
and he insists that he paid and got nothing and you won't even return his
mail?? I need this ignition but until I hear that it was a
misunderstanding - I can't bid. If he posts even just a response from you I
will bid. Thank you for the reply.

Thanks for the support, He sent me back the same email, but I have proof. I have the paid link for paypal that I used to pay him with and then he has one negative feedback and that is from the guy who original bought the ignition because roger said I could have it. I didnt win it but said if the high bidder backs out I will buy it so when I sent the money and then I found out that the high bidder didnt win, I thought something was fishy. I will try to post a link of the last time he had it on ebay and a receit of my payment through paypal. Again thanks guys for the help. I even emailed him saying that all I want is my money back or the ignition system and all would be forgotten so well see where it goes.
Thanks again
Tyler

Hey, here is a link from the last time he tried to sell it
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2424156465
noticed that my story makes sense, the higher bidder was the only complaint. It is the same ignition because look at the descriptions and pictures. different pics but still same item, I will post a link for the paypal money sent.
I should try that link, I am going to see what I can do about this this week and worse case I can try them, thanks
