two years ago next month, i bought a 1975 Kawi KE100 "enduro" with a bad clutch. when i put the clutch in, i forgot to soak the friction disks and the whole thing stuck together. so i let it sit in the back yard for two winters now. it needs more work than my '86 200x. is it even worth my time and money to get it runnin again? around here, runnin ones only go for about $300

well I would pull it apart, pull the clutch out, soak it in oil and see if you can get them apart and put it back together, and sell it for $300.

Does it have a title? If so, does it meet the requirements to be licensed for road use? If it meets those requirements, they sell decent around here for someone wanting cheap transportation.

no title, not even close to street legal as it sits. when i got it, i put $50 in the clutch, $40 in a new chain, $50 on a new rear tire and tube, and many hours workin on it and tryin to figure out why it wasnt like a 4stroke  to sell it, since it sat outside awhile, id have to clean the tank and carb and clean out the crankcase and blah blah blah. is it even worth my time since i have to work on the 200x?
