View Full Version : good grief
I called this guy today at a salvage yard to see if he had any 85/86 250R frames and he had one, so I asked him how much he would sell one for and he said he would take 200 bucks for one, so i was like ok thanks bye. You think I should call him back and see if he will lower his price down to a 100 bucks or something or maybe even 75?
It seems like if i ever find anything good its just to high. Are these guys in it just for the money??

It looks as though the "money" is what he is looking for......you can hardly selll frames on ebay for more than 50$, let alone 200!!!! happens to me all the time.....

I'd pay $200 for a frame if I knew it was good. It would have to be really good.

I payed $300.00 for a rolling chassis, but I would have payed $200.00 for a frame too. Check on ebay, they normally have good deals.

well thats normal pricing for a salvage yard they always overprice everything they got. i called up a salvage yard to get a kickstarter for my dirtbike and he wanted $10 more than it would cost for a new one.
