So I put some tubes in the old atc 90 today (ragged bad) - smokes like a freight train..

I pulled the plug, cleaned it up and stuck it back in.

cranked it over, fired up and was ticking and wouldn't run worth a crap. I pulled the plug and found a gash on the threads of the plug

there was a spring on the spark plug, i removed it and tightened it, it was finger tight before..

I went and bought a new plug... whoever stuck that plug in there originally... stuck a plug with about twice the threads.. GOD DAMN

bike wont start now.. i think i bent a valve :(

I'm going to redo the top end on this thing, question I have is this. What needs to be done for a 110 jug to fit? jug piston and head?

If I remember correctly, nothing needs to be done to the 110 jug. It's just the differences in the cylinder that needs tending to.

If you wanted to put a 110 cylinder on a 90 bottom end you would have to use a 110 crank , also you would need to bore the cases out about 1mm for the larger 110 cylinder . heads are the same unless its an older 90 pre74 I think their different .

Rubbersalt,
I have a spare 90cc motor in good condition i was going to have scrap metal pick it up. If you need the top end or anything else i can ship it to you, u just have to pay for shipping of course. I can take a pic & send it to you. Let me know ASAP as I'm moving & need to get rid of this motor.
