Well i just got a new Gopro and i took a bunch of videos today while mudding all in 1080P,Now i go to convert them to use them with windows movie maker and they go from super good videos to the crappiest things ive seen, What video programs do yall use to convert them so they STAY looking good.
BTW im not sure if im posting this in the right location on the forums.

seems like there should be a setting in "movie maker" that asks if imports will be full quality or reduced. should be system preferences or something along those lines. pretty sure its just with movie maker though, nothing to do with the GoPro.
im an APPLE ONLY guy. with them u just plug it in. really thats it. iMovie opens and u click import clips. all done to the quality recorded.

Well the thing is that Gopro videos come out as MP4 and movie maker doesnt support MP4.

The file C:\Users\Eddie\Desktop\GoPro 2-5-2012\GOPR0031.MP4 is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.
This is what comes out even if i try to cheat the system HAHA
