My wheels leak air so I took them apart and they are rusted up pretty bad. They leak at the bead, not the o-ring, so I cleaned them up with a flapper disc and the still leak, so I'm looking into getting new wheels.

The trike is an 83 200E. Before I get new wheels I'm going to get 200x hubs or 300ex/400ex hubs so I can run a 4-110 lug pattern. I'd like to get something in the 10" range for better tire availability, and I'm looking at the ITP T-9 pro gp 10x8 wheel with 3-5 offset. Will that fit on the 200x or 300ex hubs, or will I have to modify them some? Also is that the right offset, or will I have to put them on backwards? I figure with the 200x hubs I can run them normal or with the 300ex I'd run them backwards, is that about right? Also, do I run that same wheel in the front and just shim it an inch to get it center?
