What is the fuel line size for my 81 185s?

Also there's a little port in front of my choke, is it suppose to be open?

3/16" fuel line...the little opening is a vent for the carb -there should be a vent hose on there.

general rule of thumb.. what the o.d. of the petcock is is the i.d. of the fuel line..

What about the port on the bottom of the carb? I put a little hose on there so the gas will shoot out off to the side instead of on the trans

Yeah-should have a hose on there too for the overflow/drain.
