Nope - not 3rd gen R. 3rd gen R has aluminum rims with steel inserts for the tapered lug nuts.
Not 1st gen R - 82R had 4x130 bolt pattern and 2 piece steel wheels. 81R was same but 3 bolt instead of 4.
Yours look rusty so they're steel. What came with steel, gold, 1 piece rims? That I don't know.

hmmmm im not sure. these things are kinda making me mad lol since i bought them suspecting they are for a 82 250r and they are mysterious, they had 22-11-8 tires on them if it helps at all

This is just a wild guess based on the gold, steel, one-piece rim. Suzuki ALT or Quadrunner maybe?

without knowing more, it's gonna be almost impossible to know. They could even be a steel aftermarket wheel.

they could just be aftermarket. i have some gold aftermarket steel wheels. i think they r old ITP.
also they look to be a centered offset

these have no markings and my old steel itp rims have itp stamped into them. i can measure them and see if they are offset or not. Are any standard rims offset of this kind?

Probably some old DICO wheels. I had a set on a 200X and thats what I was told they were. HH
