View Full Version : ATC70 to 125 conversion

This is my son's ATC70 that we rebuilt over the last year. We installed a piranha 125cc manual clutch engine. It has a pit bike exhaust that was custom modified by FlyinBrian. The frame and forks etc are all powder coated. Here is a short video.

Thanks Bob! The wheels are actually stockers that I had powder coated that color.

You have to teach him the safest and fastest way around a turn is in a slide. If he hooks that outside wheel, he's going over. Teach him right.

Get him a chest protector.

Tell him to place his arse on the opposing side of the turn, get that but off the seat and on the side of it! He needs to place his feet/weight on the lighter side. This is why SX racers lift a foot so many times in a race...... In addition to help balance over a jump.

the grass!!! he's having a blast I'm usually not a fan of the modified 70's but that ones really cool i think the powder coat is what does it for me
