Made a midnight run last night, rode from my house to Manhattan Il and back through farm fields and gravel roads (20 miles round trip) with the 500X my daughter on a 300EX and my wife on the 250SX. There a few creek crossings on the way along with some pretty swampy fields.

Funny When we got home I was grinning and giggling as much as my 11YO Daughter. I had fun putting it together, but I'm having MORE fun playing with it now. Tomorrow I'll clean it up and start the circle all over again:crazy:

So far the only issue is the seal for the clutch actuator is seeping, you can see the residue on the clutch cover. The HID bulbs in the 350X headlights are killer, excellent visibility.

Like a raped ape! She does NOT like to be lugged, but in the right gear she is a torquey monster, very easy to lift the front tire over ruts with the throttle.
I had her pinned in 6th for 1/2 mile, she likes to RUN. She is still jetted a little fat, but I feel safer that way.

Yes, I am one of the many myself :D
Funny thing is it still is not finished, I want to replace the clutch cable, get the rear tires, and I am waiting to get my stickers back from ATC007 to put on the tank.

It is soo funny I was absolutely anal about the plastics when I got them I was looking at ever little blemish from shipping and polishing them out with plastic polish. Then I got it started and rode it around the yard for about 3 minutes before I headed out to the bean fields lol
