86 tri z build

Looks like my last thread was lost. so lets try this again!!!

Been collecting parts for a few months now. After going and getting two chassis that ended up being 85's. I picked up one in Tennesse that was an 86.

This was the second one I picked up in Kansas City, Looked like an 86 from the pic, had the coolant bottle and all the red 86 Shrouds and headlight. Got it home to find out it was an 85 frame. Came with a bottom end, extra rear end, extra forks, and some other misc stuff. Only gave a $100 for it.

Bought these wheels from Mike from Long Island, Very clean! He also sold me a NOS front tire. I opted for banshee rear tires because I had aset laying around and I like they way they look.

Got some assembly done. I used Daystar fork boots, I like the way the look compared to other fork boots.

Thought I'd finally get this thing together today... Got everything out and discovered I hd the incorrect axle bearings.

I ended up saying pisss on the plastic polishing. Figured my shrouds, headlight shell, and airbox top don't have much flew in them. So I got the gun out and went to town, paints stil drying as I type.

The chromed gas tank guard is awsome.Hell the whole trike is a+.love the 86s.got any extra plastics for sale?
