How Rare are Cheng Shin Tires?

As the title says, the reason i ask is because when i went outside on friday or Saturday to take some recent pics of by 83 Big Red, i noticed that the Rear Tires are Cheng Shins and the knobby up front was a Carlisle, it said on the tire that the Cheng Shin was made in Taiwan, i kinda think they're rare but i'm unsure so i'm asking for more info on them. Size is 25-12-9 for the 1983 Honda ATC 200E Big Red.

Could you tell me how rare this bike is I just bought. It says 400ex on the side but its yellow and its a Honda. They are only red right? I've never heard of this model before.
