Its almost done.

So after swaping the engine from a 250es to the 300 coming to find out it doesnt get spark, so now its back to a 250es for now, Once i find a stator and cdi box and i can get it to spark it will be switched back to the 300 :D. The only thing i had to change the stator on the 250 becuz it was bad :(.
i finally got alot of the parts that the bike needed,
Front rack,
Front fender
Swing arm bearing
Front axle bearings
and change the CDI box also.

Oh and BTW the yellow top optima is the battery thats gonna go in the bike, it fits perfectly in the rear truck w/o a problem.

im dying to drop in the 300 but i need to find a stator and cdi box for cheap that work good.
the swap isnt hard to do if u have the full wiring harness and stuff that work perfectly, if i had the full wiring working it would already be done LOL.

Im gonna be running a winch and im setting up a nice little sound system, ive already gotten the 4 marine 6.5s, waiting on the 500 watt amp, and im gonna try and get ahold of some police style strobes for the racks to mess with people in the woods.

nah nah just the 4 marine speakers with a 500 watt amp for now, theres no place to put a PA lol, its gonna be running HIDS also like all my other bikes :D

Ive had it in there and it doesnt even flex that whole truck is super thick, and it fits that yellow top optima PERFECT in there :D.

Wait until you hit a pretty bad bump with that battery though, it may hold it sitting still, but I'd think it'd take shock damage and start forming stress cracks after a while of offroading.


Ever thought about running a CB? A small, strong radio like a little Midland Weathermax 3, and use the PA from that. You can also take those radios, and solder in a lead, and unlock 80 extra channels for a 120 channel, small, portable, weather and PA capable radio........... That's what I've done to mine, anyway.

Heres an update on the bike, I ended up having to paint the fenders and gas tank, sanding was getting WAY to boring and i couldnt find my sander lol, i also need to fix the petcock , its leaking the little bit of gas the tank has left in it lol.
