Yep.. chain breaker, it's for taking out links to shorten the chain.

Kinda looks like a pipe flaring tool to me.

Yup, that's for flaring tubing. Copper tubing with a single flare.

That thing looks like it's put in place, then the handle cams it forwards. Then the flaring or pushing tool moves perpendicular to the handle.

My bad, I looked closer this time :lol: It does look like a flaring tool, just never saw one like it.

It was in a bunch of 3wheeler stuff i bought.

It's a german made flareing tool. I have 3 or 4 of them at work.excelent for copper tubing
