long story short. just put a fresh top end in my spare 200x. 10.25 piston and a white bros cam .354 lift 276 degree mid range cam. it was jetted for a bassani and a 26ml carb with a 118 main. now with bigger cam i went to my jet kit. i thought i had a 120 main on the shelf, but i guess i don't. i need this bike for the weekend and i cant find any jets locally so here is my question.

can i drill my 118 main one to to sizes bigger to get me by in a pinch?

sure you can. but how do you know how much to drill it? in a pinch I would use a torch tip cleaning set and file it until it works for you rather than blindly drilling it

I've drilled out jets with good results. I have a micro bit set from matco with a finger drill set up. You drill them by hand instead of an electric drill.
