1984 ytm 200e wheel nut

So I pulled the trike out yesterday and while looking her over noticed the right wheel castle nut was missing. I bought it last fall and she is mint. ..except for popping into neutral on her own. Ill figure that out.

What I could not find anywhere, at any store was the castle nut and thick washer that hold the wheel on.
Someone forgot to put the cotter pins back in after they were working on it, obviously. No, It wasnt me.
It looks like an 18,19,mm fine thread. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
