I just saw this on Pennswoods and was wondering if these were amphibious like 6 wheelers. Was thinking probably not due to battery placement and wheels but a wierd looking unit none the less. http://classifieds.pennswoods.net/classifieds/viewad.cgi?adindex=1627180

It's neat, wheels and tires don't look anything like something that'd come on it. Same with battery placement, that looks more fabbed up than stock. Seems like it'd be too front heavy to be an amphibious vehicle given the rest of the design, but I could very easily be wrong. I'd drive it though!

dang had a heck of a time finding anything on it, but did find a couple articles about it though. check it out, one of the articles shows it with outriggers and an outboard motor. :beer
judging from these articles i'd say it's most likely not amphibious anymore (i could be wrong though), but that does look to be the stock battery location. just looks to be the cover plate is missing is all.

That is cool, I like how it articulates in the middle so it can crawl over things! Little rich for my blood for that one but something I would definetly drive.
