I've got a severely bent needle on my kehin, need to replace it as a last ditch effort before I throw the carb away lol, anyways it says on it R138M with an S directly below it, did some searches on google and some parts house websites and get nothing, I suck with reading needles, so what do I replace this thing with?

Buy a carb rebuild kit for your model of machine. It should come with new jets and a shiny new needle too.

Not sure about those numbers. The bottom of this page gives some info on needle sizes http://www.duncanracing.com/TechCenter/KeihinCarbJetting.pdf

I think that would probobally work if it was a stock trike, but its not stock, so that being said, heres what its got, 81 250r dg pipe, muffler, reed spacer, stock reeds, bored to 72mm (IIRC) 480r boot and the throat of the carb mics out to 1.515" which google says is 38.5mm so I assume its a 38mm kehin pj 38mm oval slide, now I have been told that this carb is way to big for the trike but before the motor gernaded (piston circlip let go and jacked the bore all up) it ran perfect, now that it has sat and while sitting in my tool box the needle got bent and its running stupid rich, I can't see this as the cause of the condition but its not right so it should be replaced anyway, so what needle is the replacement for this one?

Well that makes much more sense now that we know you have a hopped up motor. There was no indication of what you were working on in the original post.

going at this on a couple of fronts, I have a thicker needle from a round slide kehin I swapped it over, in the last hour I broke the slow jet trying to get it out, wound up getting it off and found some lime in the passage holes, so now its broken and waiting for another one to show up lol, also took the intake off and kicked it over a bunch of times to hopefully clear out any residual fuel in the crank case that could be causing it to run rich too, now waiting on the slow jet lol... I still don't have a tow rig to get this thing out to the trails, and waiting on june to buy the NH atv tags so waiting waiting lol....
