AWESOME!!! :-D :-D

I only got to take it up and down the road, near the only street light for miles, cause its always dark when I get out of work, and now it has no lights. The 18" tires probably make the most difference in the "seat of the pants" feeling, but the other mods may also contribute. Without the lights, and the gigantic on-off headlight switch thing on the bars, plus replacing all the "rubbers", and brand new brakes, fresh motor, etc..... It was unbelievable that it was the same trike. It had a killer hit in the mid range, it would pull the wheel easy in 3rd, and with a little tug, 4th as well. It runs great, and even idles. I give a properly built air cooled 250R my personal trike score of 10 on a dollar per fun scale.

Go fix up a free air R!!!!

Free Air R Might be in my shed soon...Talked to a guy that has one forsale...Runs like a raped ape but he said its and ugly beast. No rear fenders, needs tires, brakes redone, ect ect. Might not be bad for $200...Gonna maybe go look at it sometime after Thanksgiving.
