I've seen guys use these trx70 recoils on the pitbike motors but has anyone ever installed one on a atc70 ?
I did the quick ebay search and these go for crazy money or at least their listed for crazy money  .
This one is NOS with some shelf wear .

looks like the mounting tabs are in differant locations than the ones on my 74, but the spacing could be the same. i know the earlier ones are the same pattern as the newer atc70's. i believe that's the conversion Kasey did or was it an atc70 pull start to the lifan? heck now you got me wondering. :wondering

The thing with the trx and atc70 recoils is, if you use the trx70 recoil, you have to use the trx70 cage to mount to the flywheel. If you use the atc70 recoil, you have to use the atc70 cage to the flywheel. The trx70 cage won't work with the atc70 recoil. Spacing between the 2 cages is different.

Along with the cages being different between the trx and atc, I think they are clocked a little different. But they are interchangeable.

So with a trx flywheel cover and cage/pully it should bolt on and work ?
This way it will be clocked right and look oem :wondering
