Well I'm piecing together a 200x and have a few parts I'm wondering about.
Here is the axle in question. Thinking its a durablue?

Spacer thingy

And I also have some odd wheels. Studs on the 200x hubs are too small for these I think? And the little bumps on the hub keep them from fitting right.

Says D.I.D. 9 x 8

Is the sprocket holder welded onto the axle?

Yeah. It's part of the axle. Non removable.

its a durablue then. What is the measurement of the axle from tip to tip?

33.5 in I think. It's the same as the stock one I have. I'm guessing it's the HD axle that durablue makes? What sprocket do I need for it?

It's definately a beefier axle than stock. It doesn't hardly taper at all compared to stock which tapers down and looks like a broom stick on the ends. I have a similiar beefy one on my TRX 250R with hardly any taper.

yeah, if its stock length its an HD. I THINK (not positive) that you have to use the 81-82 250R sprocket. I do know for sure that you have to use the 81-82 250R sprocket for the durablue 2+2 eliminator axle. I am guessing the HD axle is the same.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Any info on the wheels? They are 9 inch wheels, and that's about all I know. And the studs don't fit in them right.

Well, if they have D.I.D. on them, they are old. D.I.D. only makes chains now as far as I know. what is the bolt pattern on the wheels? If you give me an inch measurement from hole to hole (diagonally) I will tell you what they are suppose to fit. The 200x hubs are 4 on 110, so 110MM from hole to hole, again (diagonally)

They a 4 x 110. Because they fit the 200x hubs, just the tabs on them hit and the studs just aren't big enough. They have tires like came on later 3 wheelers and 300ex's, etc. The ohstu h-tracks.

Interesting, do you happen to know what year 200x did the axle, hubs come off of? I don't know if the studs are longer and tabs are different on 83-85 (1st gen 200x) vs. 86-87 (2nd gen 200x) hubs.

I'm 99% sure the axle/hubs are from 83-85 200x. The wheels were on there, but obviously did not fit like they were supposed to. It seems like the wheels would be OEM from some kind of honda. I've read for some rims you have to grind the tabs off of the 200x hubs. Did D.I.D. ever make OEM rims?

your wheel kinda looks like this one....

If your wheel is indeed this one, the seller says it fits the following models:

Honda TRX450R, 400EX 300EX, 250EX; Suzuki LTZ400, LTZ250; Kawasaki KFX400; Arctic Cat DVX400; Gas Gas HP400, 300; and KYMCO Mongoose 250

Those look like basic Honda OEM rims - likely some model of TRX? They use a tapered/acorn style lug nut. The studs in a first gen 200x are right diameter (10mm) but too short for them. I went through this with my white 84 200X - could only get a thread or 2 into the lug nuts. It was cheaper and easier for me to just buy a set of TRX hubs.

Of course - looks like you have HD hubs so you might want to track down longer studs.

If you still want to use those wheels, I have a set of 82 250R hubs that I know will work. They have a flat mating surface...no tabs to grind off.

I'm thinking those are just the stock 200x hubs? Sounds like the best plan if I wanted to use these wheels would be just buy some 300ex hubs. Thanks for the help!
