I just acquired a 1985 ATC110 and it seems in pretty good shape except for a few things. The gas tank has gas and rust in it. Also the spark plug hole looks to be stripped. I haven't tried a plug in it but it looks like it may not screw in properly. Is there a way to fix this? Can it be re-taped to a larger size and a different plug put in? Also, where can I find a new air cleaner for this? Please help! Thanks in advance. :p

Flush the tank out and try a new plug. If its stripped your only option is to pull the head and drill and tap it for a helicoil plug hole repair kit. I have done that before and they work pretty good.

Thank you, where can I pick one of those helicoil kits from? For the tank, I took out all the old gas, used compressed air to blow out most of the loose rust and filled it with a vinegar/salt mix. I will see how that works in a couple days. It looks like I have good spark still. I am pretty sure this thing has been sitting around for the last 20 years easily. Where could I find a new air cleaner also? Are these parts still available? Thanks for your help in advance.

Those kits are easy to find, as Angore mentioned just about any auto parts store has them now days.
There is plenty of parts out there for these yet. Check out www.dratv.com for a good selection i buy most of my new parts from him, eBay is another good source for just about anything you need new or used.
