Not sure what I'll do with this one yet. Not a piece of plastic on it worth having. Not sure what forks are on the front end but definitely not the correct ones (has caliper mounts) no hub. Rear end is locked up, hoping it is just seized brakes. Motor does kick over and it don't lerch forward so hoping it's not a tranny problem. I particularly like the duct tape grips and headlight mounts. :crazy:Also picked up a 225 seat that I will post for sale or take along to TF. If I can get the rear broke loose and motor running may try to make it runner, if not.....well....it will show up in the classifieds in parts. Greatest asset....Tank is the cleanest inside than any I currently own! Probably would end up on my 85 to replace the epoxied one currently on it.:naughty: For now it will sit till after TF Too many things to get done between now and then.

Bill your referring to a quad and didn't have a typo right? There were alot of old 2 wheel cycles there and most were either Frankensteined or robbed of parts. Hard to tell what I might find on this ole girl. It was an old farm estate & One of the pics from the auction site showed just barely the rear fender and seat of a 350x....I got excited but when I got there it was not offered up for sale. Owner said it was just coincidental that it partly showed up in the pic. Here's a close up the wheel. Can you clarify for me one more time?
Thanks
Mike

Yes,it's a TRX. 250X or 300EX,,There is a date stamp telling the month and year it was stamped. My guess is 8/86. How far off am I?

You can still get the fenders through Maier. Around $260 for a front & rear.
