So I checked the air filter on the 200M I just got and it was a stock filter with the pre filter foam completely disintegrated!!! hopefully it wasn't run like this much. Butanyways that jump started my mission to get a new filter and I didnt want to wait on ordering something so I took the stock filter screen and brace out saved the brace bracket and hack sawed off the end of the mesh filter just leaving me the flange that goes into the air box inlet. I went to my local atv shop in search of a filter that might fit the flange and no luck nothing was that small but I got a uni dual stage for a canam outlander than fit good in the airbox and got a 1.5" pvc union from Lowes and pounded the flange into one end and the filter inlet fit tight on the outside of the pvc worked like a charm. I also drilled a hole in the center end on the filter for the screw on the stock bracket and threaded it through to hold the end of the filter.
Looks like this Very clean setup and I'm back out riding for cheap!!!

Its running good with just the filter change but I will have the exhaust on next week sometime......... from what I could find the stock jets are 100main and 35pilot so I ordered some from jetsrus.com 102 and 105 main jets, 38 and 40 pilot that should be good for exhaust and filter mod.

Yea I saw the moose ones Im sure they work great I just wanted to go with a UNI one. Im just hoping this thing will run good with the cobra exhaust, Im not much for keeping anything stock and I like to hear the power.

the Cobra exhaust are hard to find now, I found one for a decent price thats been sand blasted and re coated its not mint, only minor pitting from the rust that was there before sand blasting.

the cobra might sound good but actually the supertrapp gives it the most power
