I am just wondering if the 1983 200x has a reverse gear? thanks

No, the 200x'sonly had forward gears. If you have one with reverse then someone put a different motor in it.

250sx, 200es (shaft drive) and 250 big red are the only ones with reverse... I wish they all had it!!!

Every trike/bike/atv has reverse. Its called; "You" :D Sorry, its what I tell all the guys I go riding with.

250sx, 200es (shaft drive) and 250 big red are the only ones with reverse... I wish they all had it!!!

You forot one. The 86-87 ATC125m has reverse. I am sure the 125m motor would fit into a 200x chassis, but the chain is smaller on the 125m.
