You are not getting enough gas, check your fuel lines, clean the carb, but above all, make sure the fuel valve is in the on posistion (I have made that mistake before, and I'm sure a couple of other people on this sight have before, although they might not admit it) LOL!

I emptied all the gas outta of it it has 2 fuel lines both with inline filters and both have red stuff floating in them maube some of it got past the filter and into the carb do i need to remove that carb to clean it? what need to be cleaned in the carb just the float area?

also i put my kid on it and tryed to push start it again once i got us moving he poped it into gear and i kept pushing and the motor was trying to run but bogging soon as i stopped pushing it stopped doing anything.

same thing happened to my '74 atc70, we kept tying to start it and it would turn on, so me and my friend took out the carb, cleaned it, let it sit in carb cleaner a whole night, put it back on and it started. we put the carb in a little metal bucket filled it with carb cleaner.

do i need to take the carb apart or just take it off and sit it in the carb cleaner?

also u know the little on off switch on the handle bars mine seemed a little to wiggly so i thought maybe my problem was the switch so i took the switch off and cut the 2 wires off the switch ones green and ones black and put them 2 wires toghter that should make the bike in the run postion without the switch correct?

Usually if you put the wires together it kills the trike. They should be seperated to run.

If You Put The Wires Together Then You Won't Have A Spark;I have Spark
my bike Have A Light In Plug Wire,so I Know If There's Electricity Or Not.

If you have a lean pilot circuit, or you have a piece of dirt blocking the pilot jet it would make your engine really hard to start (especially if it is really cold in your area), You see, if you try and push start it and when you kick it into gear, your piston is getting more force/vaccum, more than you can do by pulling the cord, and you will suck more fuel air in from your carb, and the bike will usually start, if even for a second, then it might die out. That is a good diagnostic test. Another way to see if you are not getting enough gas, is to dump some fuel down your sparkplug hole, put the sparkplug back in, and try to start it. If it starts, it is definately a fuel problem, this is a very valuable trick you can use if you think you are not getting sufficient fuel.

I also bought new fuel lines and 2 new inline filters.

I hate to bump a thread, but was this problem fixed? The reason I am asking is because My 110 has a similar problem only you can push start it but once it stops the engine dies. Thank you
